How to change the Elemental Plateu map from initial version 4.0 to version 7.0+

I'm trying to modify the elemental plateu map that comes in version 4.0 to the map version that comes in 7.0 or higher.

Could anyone show how to do this? I don't know exactly all the files I should add, what I've done so far are these steps:

1. I added these indexes to index.srv:
   739868357 /Maps/ElementalPlateu/Variables/Powerplace_C.(MapVariableResource).xdb
   739868378 /Maps/ElementalPlateu/Variables/Powerplace_NE.(MapVariableResource).xdb
   739868379 /Items/InteractiveObjects/ElementalPlateu/Powerplaces/Powerplace_NE.(SteleResource).xdb
   739868380 /Items/InteractiveObjects/ElementalPlateu/Powerplaces/Powerplace_NW.(Exploit).xdb
   739868381 /Maps/ElementalPlateu/Variables/Powerplace_SW.(MapVariableResource).xdb
   739868382 /Items/InteractiveObjects/ElementalPlateu/Powerplaces/Powerplace_SE.(SteleResource).xdb

2. I added the files copied from 7.0 to the backend:
   From: game\data\Packs\Maps.pak\Maps\ElementalPlateu to: game\data\Packs\Maps.ElementalPlateu.Server.pak\Maps\ElementalPlateu
   From: game\data\Maps\ElementalPlateu to: game\data\Packs\XDB_Maps.Server.pak\Maps\ElementalPlateu

If anyone can help complete this change and make it work correctly, I created a guide on how to do this process step by step.
