account creation doesn't work

Hello, I would like some help, none of the account creation websites work on my 1.0 server, I have already tested countless, and configured correctly, they all always have the same error, when clicking to complete the account, the page simply "reloads" and nothing happens, it doesn't create the account, I tested several websites, they all give the same problem, has anyone ever experienced this?

Hello, do you have enable PHP warnings and notice ? Maybe the issue is here.

apparently it was my wampserver that was having problems, I downloaded a more current version and it "solved" my problem, now I just need to find a registration script that works well.
