Billing Server can't start

no suitable server of type "any" found
it's IP configuration not properly found to be host.
As I read, you set billing server ip to: 172.16.0.206 but you domain cannot resolve this IP, this may be cause by VPN not turned on or bad configuration on billing server shard

try to find this line and fix it to properly IP, like 127.0.0.1, or may be turn VPN on
