Народ - скиньте пожалуйста edb_pgjdbc.exe 42.2.5-1 или 42.2.5-2 (по умолчанию загружается в C:\Users\POSTGRES\AppData\Local\Temp) .. у меня загружается битый ехешник при установке 42.2.5-3

уже не надо , нашел в бекапе сервера .
прикрепил .. мб кому надо
edb_pgjdbc.exe 42.2.5-1
