check ID in the shard table (allods_master DB) it should be the same as in ..\server_bin\shard\shard.xml

Yeah, but I'm not sure if this error is the problem, but so far I haven't found any other errors

I solved this problem in the same way as you wrote above, looked at the name in the database and put the same name in shard, for now I'm waiting for the shard to load ...
