First I think you'd better close the access while you are fixing the security failure. Then you have to identify how he manage to get master access :
Did you configure your server from a tutorial ? Did you configure well your IPs and port for account server ?
Once you have identify how he could manage to get master access you can fix it but first step is to find how.
