Server Preconfigured 7.0 server with GUI launcher

I've got the server up and running just fine but for some reason no matter what I do the client is in Russian. It SAYS it's using eng_eu in the localizations, and even in the client settings, but it's still in Russian...

I ended up downloading a whole other "English" client, and swapping the texts file over from that. Then everything was working in English...or so I thought. Turns out it was Arabic (I think) and so now my system appears to be in English, but names and quest info etc is all in Arabic. *sigh* Just when I thought I was making progress.

Now for the kicker... I swapped files between the client I had before and the new client, and I can play in English/Arabic in both. Then I tried putting the old Texts.pak files back that were in Russian before.....and it's still in English/Arabic in both. I was already a bit lost, but now I'm just totally confused. What the heck is going on?
I just want to play in English... :(

To clarify, I now have TWO separate 7.0 clients on my computer, each with a different Texts.pak on them, and they are both running identically in Arabic/English.

Hey, when Im trying to launch the "AOServerAdmin" nothing opens. Any idea why?
EDIT: I think the issue was the password of the postgres. I redid the installation and now it works!

Good news! I've found an English Client 7.0 that works perfectly for me. All quests and NPCs are in English. Download the client here:

Запустил локальный сервер, всё работает. Спасибо. Вроде получилось создать мастер аккаунт(не с первого раза), залогинился в него. Но теперь встал вопрос, как вызвать GM консоль? На нем включена эта возможность?

По поводу Text.pak, смены языка. Возьмите Text.pak с официального клиента игры. Потом скачайте клиент 7.0, разархивируйте, но не открывайте. Удаляйте от туда старые файлы, заменяйте новыми, только тогда открывайте клиент и будет вам счастье.

Вопрос про консоль отпал, в клиенте есть аддон который ее вызывает.
